RESOLUTION NO. 86-14

WHEREAS, Leroy Martin, L.S. and P.E., has been licensed as a Land Surveyor in California for a considerable number of years; and,

WHEREAS, Leroy Martin, L.S. and P.E., has been a member of the California Land Surveyor's Association since its inception; and,

WHEREAS, Leroy Martin, L.S. and P.E., has long been in the forefront of professionalism; and,

WHEREAS, Leroy Martin, L.S. and P.E., has retired from the active practice of Land Surveying; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the California Land Surveyor's Association, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2,01 (f) of the bylaws of the Association do hereby grant to Leroy Martin, L.S. and P.E. a Life Membership in the California Land Surveyor's Association; and be it further,

RESOLVED, that the Executive Director of the Association is hereby directed to present Leroy Martin, L.S. and P.E., a framed copy of this resolution.
