Nelms Surveying; Inc. opened business in April of 1992 in the Bakersfield area providing services throughout California which include a variety of disciplines within the profession; such as boundary resolutions, topographic surveys, route surveys, construction staking, land division, and expert testimony.

We would also like to thank those individuals and/or companies
that purchased raffle tickets this year.
This year we only sold 107 tickets, so if you missed a chance to purchase tickets, next year consider purchising them through the mail. Even though ticket sales were down we still raised $430! Proceeds from the raffle will be used in support of the goals of the Mount Diablo Surveyors

“Collect, Preserve, and Display Artifacts of the Land Surveying
Profession”
This year’s (2013) raffle was for one Schonstedt, model# GA-52Cx
Locator (Serial # 292781) valued by the manufacturer at $917.00.
The Winner was determined by a random drawing held on March 26, 2013 at the
conclusion of the exhibitors’ displays at the CLSA/NALS Conference 2013 at the Silver Legacy
Resort & Casino, Reno, Nevada. M.D.S.H.S. would like to thank CLSA/NALS for the donation of our exhibit space and for allowing us to hold our raffle as a part of their event.
M.D.S.H.S. would like to thank the Schonstedt Instrument Company
for the donation of the locator for our raffle. To show appreciation or for
